Declaration Declaration On behalf of the above named school, I apply to attend the Musical Workshop on 27.6.23. I understand that should our school withdraw or not attend for any reason a charge of £100 will be made. I understand a teacher will be required to accompany the instrumentalists during the rehearsal at Shenley Brook End School on 15th June 2023 5.00pm to 7.30pm

Please include any wheelchair spaces in your pupil total.

We will aim to allocate places fairly to all schools who apply and will confirm your numbers after the closing date.
